Seven students and teachers from the Department of Textile and Garment Design won awards in the 23rd International Young Fashion Designers Competition held in Paris on Dec. 15.

Young fashion designers from 17 countries and regions displayed their works during the competition, which took place in the Louvre. 

Ma Yan, a textile design major, won The Golden Prize in the fashion accessories category of the competition, and Wang Shengwei, majoring in Garment design, won The National Prize in the fashion category.
