From Hai Xuan

The School of Aerospace and the School of Medicine at Tsinghua University collaborated recently to create the Institute of Biomechanics and Medical Engineering (IBME). The director of the Institute is Professor Feng Xiqiao from the School of Aerospace.

Research programs in IBME will focus on bionic mechanics, biological fluid mechanics, aerospace biomechanics, and more. The Institute is attached to the Department of Engineering Mechanics in the School of Aerospace.
