The First Affiliated Hospital of Tsinghua University has set up an online medical service for the Tsinghua community as the university strengthens epidemic prevention and control measures amid the latest surge in Covid-19 cases in Beijing.

The hospital has opened a WeChat group where Tsinghua students, faculty and staff members can seek free medical consultations and prescriptions.

Likewise, for those Tsinghua members in urgent need of medicines, the hospital has made special arrangements for the quick delivery of medicines.

The hospital has also established a special appointment line to provide offline follow-up services for some health conditions that cannot be solved through online consultations.

The hospital plans to offer online psychological counseling services for the Tsinghua community in the near future.
