Du Pengfei, the executive Deputy Director of the Tsinghua University Art Museum, has created an internet sensation with videos of him jumping rope in front of Tsinghua landmarks and telling the history of each of the university landmarks as well as life on campus during the Covid-19 pandemic.

His videos have drawn praise from tens of thousands of viewers.

Professor Pengfei told Changjiang Daily, "I want to take the opportunity to spread a little campus culture and campus history. In addition, the college entrance examination is coming soon, and I also take this opportunity to cheer for the students who have taken the college entrance examination."

Since Tsinghua implemented epidemic prevention and control measures, Du Pengfei has also made efforts to live stream the art and cultural exhibitions of the Tsinghua Art Museum museum on various social media platforms.
