Both the flood that took place in southern China and the mountain fires in Australia this year are closely related to climate change. The impacts of climate change are just around us with you and me, changing everyone’s lives.
In 1992, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the "United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change ", from which climate governance went to the historical stage of cooperation and common solution among various countries. After experiencing the period of" Kyoto Protocol ", the 2015 Paris Agreement marked a new stage in climate governance. As a platform for countries to play and cooperate with each other, the Conference of the Parties (cop) has the role of establishing international rules for cooperation among countries to solve global environmental problems.
