Meal card recharge
According to the school's winter vacation work arrangement, combined with the actual situation of recharge, office hours of the meal card account settlement room are arranged as follows:
(1) During the winter vacation, the student and faculty meal card account settlement room will be open on working days from January 14th to February 10th, and from February 18th to February 19th.

Faculty staff meal card account settlement room: Monday, Wednesday, Friday morning 10:30-12:30, 3:30-5:30 pm
(2) From January 14th to February 21st, the invoicing service of the staff meal card account settlement room will be suspended.
(3) During the suspension of services during winter vacation, faculty staff can recharge online through the school’s WeChat corporate account "Tsinghua University Information Service" on the mobile phone, and report the loss by phone.
(4) From February 20th, the student meal card account settlement room and the staff meal card account settlement room will resume normal office hours.

Campus Bus Operations
During winter vacation, campus buses will be adjusted or suspended. The specific arrangements are as follows:
1. Inner loop line: stop operation from January 16 to February 19, 2021, and resume normal operation on February 20 (Saturday);
2. Outer loop Route: From January 16 to February 7, 2021, the operation will be divided into time periods: 8:30-11:30 in the morning, 13:30-16:30 in the afternoon. The operation route and frequency of departure will remain unchanged. From February 8th to February 14, 2021, the operation will be suspended. Normal operation will resume on February 15 (Monday);
3. Special lines for respecting the elderly and medical delivery: services will be suspended from February 8 to February 14, 2021. Normal operation will resume on February 15 (Monday);
4. Student special line: services will be suspended from January 16 to February 19, 2021. Normal operation will resume on February 20 (Saturday);
5. In consideration of the time for students move-in after winter vacation, from February 15th to 19th, 2021, between 6:00 and 19:00, a "back-to-school special line" will be added, departing from the west gate, stopping at the intersection of Tingtao Yuan and Swimming Pool and heading directly to the east side of the Zijing Playground.Sorry for the inconvenience caused to all teachers, students, and staffs by the operation adjustment during winter vacation. School Hospital Online Registration Instructions
During the epidemic prevention and control period, under the relevant regulations, Tsinghua University has been implementing closed-off management. Therefore, appointment information cannot be used as a certificate of admission to enter the campus. Thanks for your understanding!

4. All appointment registrations are based on real names. When making an appointment, please provide the patient’s real name and valid ID number (including resident ID card, residence permit for Hong Kong and Macau residents, residence permit for Taiwan residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan residents, permanent residence ID cards for foreigners, passports), gender, mobile phone number and other basic information for verification.
