Petros Djakouris
Petros studied Economics at Nottingham University in the UK, spent 4 years in China and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. After working with tech startups and corporates in Beijing, London, and Nicosia, he founded BeHive, a skills training platform that helps young professionals become better communicators and culturally agile in today's constantly changing workplace. They have enabled so far more than 9000 young professionals and returnees to develop skills through 100+ workshops and job fairs and regularly work with universities, HR agencies, and companies such as LinkedIn. Petros has served in the Special Forces as a Sergeant Major and has been recognized by the WEF as a Global Shaper. Petros has facilitated and designed various corporate training sessions and team building activities in Europe and China, for companies such as Volkswagen, United Nations Population Fund, Pirelli, and Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry in topics such as Self and Shared Awareness, Intercultural Communication, Design Thinking, and WeChat for Business.
