The NPC (National People’s Congress) and CPPCC Annual Sessions 2017 will soon take place. Before the first snow in the early spring, a CCTV-4 reporter visited Tsinghua University and used his camera to record the daily life of Cai Jiming, a professor at the School of Social Sciences and a member of NPC. Professor Cai presented the history of the Mingzhai Building where his office is located, celebrities who once lived in the Building, and his daily teaching, research and participation in the administration and discussion of state affairs. At the request of the reporter, he discussed 8 bills and proposals he submitted to the NPC and CPPCC 2017 Annual Sessions. He also shared his expectations of the 19th CPC National Congress.
