In the 2022-2023 academic year, the Institute of Economics, School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University, graduated 17 doctoral and 7 master’s students. The 2023 Tsinghua University Excellent Doctoral Dissertation and Excellent Master's Thesis were selected based on the applications from authors and their instructors, recommendations from their schools, nominations from Academic Degree Evaluation Sub-committees, reviews by the Graduate School of Tsinghua University, and final approval by 26th School Affairs Conference of the 2022-2023 academic year. On June 16, 2023, the Graduate School announced the list of excellent master's theses and doctoral dissertations in Tsinghua University in 2023. Among these, two doctoral dissertations and one master's thesis from the Institute of Economics, School of Social Sciences were recognized for their excellence.
